It all went smoothly as usual; I dropped my car off in the AM and Michael drove me home. Later that afternoon, Michael was in my driveway with my perfectly humming 1994 Explorer ready to take him back to the Office. However, I mentioned how much I would like to have my vehicle washed but the car washes I used to use were now all closed due to COVID (sigh). Michael said, "I will take you to the new, automated car wash just up the street from Certified Transmission and show you how to use it!" He did just that, and I was just thrilled because now I know how to enter the facility and line my wheels up to be pulled lickety-split through the washer/dryer and then back out to the street -- my Explorer all beautiful and clean like it was new -- and Michael even paid the $10 for this exciting, new experience! Thank you, Michael. Thank you Certified Transmission for taking such good care of a little old lady (84) all these years -- oh! And keeping my 1994 Ford Explorer running like the day I bought it so I don't have to worry about what I would have to do if it stopped, and I no longer had transportation!
