Paul at the counter was very helpful in describing all the items found wrong with my Ford Expedition. I have driven to Phoenix twice since the "repair" actions of Certified Transmission and the vehicle is performing a lot better; no problems shifting between gears.

Once again, I was saved by Certified Transmission. Went in around 2:30 Friday afternoon because the red battery light in my 1994 Ford Explorer had been going on and off for several days and now was staying on???? Well, Paul went out to check and, sure enough, I needed a new battery -- and guess what? After the new battery was installed, it turned out that the alternator was also bad and not charging the battery. So, a new one was ordered and delivered and installed, and I was "out'a there" by 4:00 just in time to get home and let the man in to fix to major leak in my bathroom sink! All's well that end's well. Thank you all at Certified Transmission!
