Great The car still runs as new

It's your dedication to keeping your vehicle serviced (especially transmission) at proper intervals, Bill, that does the most for keeping it running like new. We're honored to be part of your routine!

Wow! My sweet little 1994 Explorer is just humming along like it did when it was new. The manual shifting is sweet again. Thank you Paul and all your wonderful mechanics.

Wow! What a review! Thank you, Cymbre (love that name). Our techs did the same thing for my 2000 Explorer. We certainly look forward to serving your vehicle service needs in the future. Expensive. But then again, it is hard to say. I do not give 'five stars' so that is not an issue. Old ('02" Chevy 4Whl Drv Tblzr that has 'had' two tranny repairs/replacements in the past (after some 125K the original went bad - but other things also went bad with this top dollar GM so we are not fans), by another shop in another state. We'd driven the 'missing first gear' SUV for six months but knew we'd need to get it fixed before winter ('14-'15). Estimate was $2800 - bill was $2930.00 something. Expensive. Two year guarantee (or 25K). Four days of service. So how's the shop? Monte is a 'friendly' guy. Never a sour or dour look, always upbeat... remembers names and is "positive"... of course if you are looking at the price, a "smile" while it is all going on is nice! But the older cars are (often) the ones with the "bad trans" and really, they are not going to 'pick and chose' which parts to repair/replace. All it takes is one 'remaining old part' to go bad and they eat the cost of tear down and repair. So it will ALL be repaired/replaced (remaned...) The owner is involved in Transmission 'repair' benchmarks and sits on a board that evaluates all aspects of transmission building, maintenance and repair. That is good we hope and may mean your trans repair is done with superior parts and mechanical knowhow. Time will tell. So far the SUV shifts flawlessly, better gas mileage and confience that we can get in the Trailblazer and go...anywhere. What kind of folks are they or do they appear to be? Honest. Yes, I believe so. Skilled, I watched them, they know their way around an automobile. It is hard to say until many miles down the road "if" all that was promised... is delivered upon. Would I go back? Well, actually, we did. They found a pretty bad axle seal leak and it was fixed about ten days later... hadn't leaked like that prior to the trans repair however it has 200K on it and so any major work might show up an 'about to fail' part. That was $320... big chunk of change to drop before Christmas and the Chevy didn't fit under the tree... but it is done. I would recommend this shop. Make sure you save up for the job, won't be inexpensive but I believe "you get what you pay for" and the job seems (so far) to have been well done.

Thank you so much, Roger. Your review is extremely appreciated and helpful. Such care from our customers helps keep us an ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Shop. We know that a transmission rebuild is the second most expensive repair cost your vehicle will require. Certified Transmissions does not take such work lightly, especially since it has such a tremendous affect on our customers during Christmas time. With the updates now built into your transmission, it is much better than when your vehicle originally came off the assembly line. Remember to have your transmission fully serviced in one year or twelve thousand miles, whichever comes first, and two years, twenty-four thousand miles thereafter. That you returned to Certified for a general automotive repair on your vehicle is the greatest compliment we could have. Again, we thank you and look forward to answering your questions and caring for your vehicle for many, many more miles to come. HAPPY ALL YEAR! Monte Crooks, Office Manager/ASE Certified Service Consultant.

This is the second vehicle I have had serviced at Certified Transmissions. Again they have fixed the problem on time, and at the understood price. I find the staff there very cordial and respectful. No surprises, that is what I like. While I know sometimes problems are not evident until they actually get into the vehicle, they are good at not setting an unreasonable expectation just to get your business.

Thank you, Charlie. It's always a pleasure serving customers as nice as you!

As soon as I brought my vehicle in, explained the brake light was on, Paul had the problem diagnosed, set up an appointment for 8:00 the next morning, and by 3:00, I had a new front-end braking system. Thank you Paul and Certified Transmissions for the fast and complete response to my brake situation!

Thank you, Cymbre, not only for your kind words, but your cheerful and gracious attitude. We really appreciate our customers, and you prove why. The Certified staff look forward to helping you keep your vehicles running at their best.

Being a long timed customer, I called Certified while on a recent road trip for some advice. We were in the middle of the Navajo Reservation with no assistance available. Andy, Paul and Monty helped to diagnose the transmission problem we were having and recommended the part needed to fix it, even giving me the part number. After a tow to the Blanding, Utah Napa store, I got the part the next morning, which I could easily install myself. We were on the road in minutes and made it to Colorado in time to be with family for Thanksgiving. With their kind assistance we were saved going to a mechanic and losing both time and money. We appreciate Certified, their wonderful customer service and such willingness to help! We highly recommend them.

We are humbled by your comments, Todd. The most important aspect of our business is our customers. That Certified was able to help you in any way makes our efforts worthwhile. Thank you and God bless you with all your family visits. Your Certified Transmissions, Inc. family.

We always find the people at Certified Transmission, cheerful, helpful, and pleasant in our dealing with them. One of the things we really appreciate is the fact that they only do what is needed, and don't add things that are not necessary. We have requested something in the past and they have told us that we really don't need it done. Their honesty has created our deep trust of their recommendations for services needed. Thanks guys for ALL the care and things you have done for us this past year with all our cars' difficulties. Walt and Alice

Alice, you and your husband Walt are treasured customers who are very willing to learn how to properly maintain your vehicles. It's a pleasure to work with you to keep you on the road!
