Being a long timed customer, I called Certified while on a recent road trip for some advice. We were in the middle of the Navajo Reservation with no assistance available. Andy, Paul and Monty helped to diagnose the transmission problem we were having and recommended the part needed to fix it, even giving me the part number. After a tow to the Blanding, Utah Napa store, I got the part the next morning, which I could easily install myself. We were on the road in minutes and made it to Colorado in time to be with family for Thanksgiving. With their kind assistance we were saved going to a mechanic and losing both time and money. We appreciate Certified, their wonderful customer service and such willingness to help! We highly recommend them.

I had to have the transmission in my 2001 Silverado worked on after 80K of towing a fifth wheel and the service I received at Certified was the best I have ever experienced!

You didn't do what you said you were which caused me to waste 100$ for you guys to tell me something that I already told you before I brought the jeep in.

Thank you, Hunter for taking the time to write a review, good, bad, or indifferent. You gave us no indication you had already driven the vehicle with a $6,000 diagnostic computer/scanner attached and had a detailed explanation of your PCM (Powertrain Control Module) and the four transmission fault codes in its memory. We also did not know you had already diagnosed the Torque Converter Clutch Always On situation and knew just what to do to fix it. No wonder you refused to have any of the necessary work performed! We really are sorry to waste your time this way. We will be glad to offer you one free $89 Level 2 diagnostics on any of your vehicles the next time you are in need. Please come in and help us help you by fully discussing this issue. I'm sure we can satisfy your complaint. You are a Certified Transmissions, Inc. customer and we will do everything we are authorized to do in order to make this right for you. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Did not talk to anyone but the guy at the desk. He was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable leaving my baby with them. All the work was done as promised, no stains inside the truck and and detailed bill. I'll be back and will refer this place to anyone.
