Paul and the staff (sorry don't know all there names) were very professional and took the time to explain what was going to happen, how long it would take approxemitely. They were very understanding when I forgot I had a teacher at the kid's school to talk to and was going to be late, they fit me right in, it did take over 4 hours with their lunch in there tho which I didn't expect but they are thorough so better safe than sorry! I would have no problem recommending Certifird Transmissions!

I could not ask for better service. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. They really went the extra mile to provide the help I needed. Monty was very accommodating to our needs and kept us well informed of the progress of our repair. He went far beyond what was expected for which we are very grateful. I will recommend anyone to have work done at Certified Transmission in Prescott Arizona.

Organized company... seems well run. Personable front office/desk (Monte) Pricing seemed on the 'high side' and came as a surprise after original discussions of "cost." This is Prescott not Los Angeles...

Each of our Technicians are ASE Master Certified in many automotive areas, and specialize in never taking cost cutting shortcuts.
