Did not talk to anyone but the guy at the desk. He was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable leaving my baby with them. All the work was done as promised, no stains inside the truck and and detailed bill. I'll be back and will refer this place to anyone.

Paul and the staff (sorry don't know all there names) were very professional and took the time to explain what was going to happen, how long it would take approxemitely. They were very understanding when I forgot I had a teacher at the kid's school to talk to and was going to be late, they fit me right in, it did take over 4 hours with their lunch in there tho which I didn't expect but they are thorough so better safe than sorry! I would have no problem recommending Certifird Transmissions!

We do tend to be "booked up" at least a couple weeks in advance; but, our Service Manager, Paul and our ASE Certified Master Techs are really good at working customers in as needed. I could not ask for better service. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. They really went the extra mile to provide the help I needed. Monty was very accommodating to our needs and kept us well informed of the progress of our repair. He went far beyond what was expected for which we are very grateful. I will recommend anyone to have work done at Certified Transmission in Prescott Arizona.
