Thank you, thank you! In these times it is often hard to find honest, and thoughtful service. Too many companies seem to feel that once a client is through the door they can be forgotten, and their needs ignored. Your company, Certified Transmissions, is one that made sure our concerns were their problems too. Our very sincere Congratulations on a fine staff. They went out of their way to assist us. Your office manager was courteous and thoughtful. One of your mechanics took our car out for a test drive. After just a few minutes he'd found what was wrong - some computer glitch that had problems making up its mind about which gear was necessary for smooth riding. When the part needed for our car was not on your shelves, and it seemed as though Ford Co. delivery would be hours away on a hot day, your office manager sent one of the staff over to get the part. Few companies now would bother to do that. Few office managers would care about the time a client was kept waiting. As soon as the part was obtained, [the technician] stopped what he was doing on another auto and installed it. It has worked perfectly since then. Another company couldn't find the problem but hmmm thought that maybe our car needed a new transmission. Since that day we've told many folks about the outstanding staff of Certified Transmissions. We brought our 1996 Chevy Dually into the shop and I have never been treeted so well. Everything was up front and explained to the "T'. They repaired our truck and did everything promised and more. They were kind and courteous, and you do not get that from businesses these days. Our truck runs like new again! Especially I want to thank Paul and his staff for being so patient. I usually do not write testimonials but in this case I felt I had to. I have had my 2003 Acura RSX serviced at Prescott Honda for the past 9 years and never had a problem until now. I have been com- plaining about a front end knock for over a year and they could never find the problem. Last week they felt they finally figured it out as a cracked engine mount. They replaced it at cost of over $300.00. As soon as I left tne parking lot I turned around and went back since the prblem was not solved. They re-inspected the car and told be I need a new transmission at a cost of $4400.00. Since the car only has 50,000 miles on it this seemed unusual. I called Monte and explained the situation and took the car into him the next day. He found my transmission is fine and the problem was the remaining engine mounts were also bad.He explained everything to me so I could understand it.Certified replaced the mounts and the car is fine. I will be using Certified from now on for all my car servicing. They are great people and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks to Monte and Paul.
